Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted. Returned checks will be charged $30.00 fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours (unless emergency) before appointment or no-shows will be charged a $40.00 cancellation fee.
If you are on SSI, disability or have other financial considerations, please explain your circumstances to Dr. Cynthia so appropriate arrangements can be made. She is very concerned that everyone has the opportunity to receive the assistance they need.
